Our training programme combines lower body strength-boosting moves, power exercises and drills to strengthen your hips, torso and shoulders. Golf Season Training

Our golf-specific training program is custom made to meet the specific demands of the game. For golfers we aim to emphasize a full-body approach in developing strength of both bones and muscles. The aim of resistance exercise is to improve the strength of the golfer and their ability to generate power during the golf swing. A functional, full-body approach will increase endurance on the links, decrease injury risk, and reduce fatigue. The bottom line is this: By developing stronger muscles and bones throughout your entire body, you will increase fitness and play better. A simple, safe and short routine will accomplish this task.
